~ WARRANTY ~

Windows America warrants to the original purchaser that all vinyl windows are GUARANTEED FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THEM. There will be no charge for any necessary REPAIRS, PARTS, LABOR or MATERIAL due to any manufacturing defect. No charge will be made to the original purchaser for replacement due to GLASS SEAL FAILURE. No charge will be made to the original purchaser for replacement of DEFECTIVE SCREENS; however, there is no warranty on screens damaged by either accident or abuse. Windows America warrants to the original purchaser that all material shall meet new construction standard and shall correct defective material or workmanship for as long as you own them. Windows America guarantees that all windows or doors are installed according to the manufacturer's guide lines for a period of 5 years. Windows America does not guarantee against, and shall not be liable for: acts of God, fire, vandalism, abuse or misuse, neglect, normal weathering, lack of maintenance, the use of applied tints or films, any alteration to the window including customer-applied paint finishes, or any other cause beyond our control. At its sole option, Windows America shall repair or replace those items specified. Condensation on any window is the result of excessive moisture in the house, and does not indicate a defective window or faulty installation. Leakage around windows cannot be guaranteed on a block frame installation where water or moisture is collecting behind the siding. There are no implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose contained herein. There are no warranties of any type or nature that extend beyond the description on the face thereof.
