Windows America of Portland has received many positive comments from our customers over the years. We would like to share some of these with visitors to our web site. We also surveyed some of our customers by providing them with a "Completion Report" at the finish of the project that allowed them to grade our performance on 7 categories. These categories include; timely appointments, clean up after work, quality of product, quality of workmanship, courtesy, communication and if we meet or exceed expectations. These items can be rated from #1 (very poor) through #5 (very good). Some of the reviews below will contain an average overall rating on these categories.

I want to thank you for the windows your company installed in my very drafty 1972 era home. I chose your company after you showed me what you had to offer. The other window companies that came out and gave me bids were completely out of my budget. Way out!! All the others wanted to do was to sell me their "Cadillac" line of windows. I'm an older Ford type of guy. You showed me what was available and let me decide. No high-pressure sales pitch. You understood what I was looking for and at what budget I could afford. The other window companies wanted $600-$700 per window! If my house was valued at $300,000 or more I might have gone for those. The other window companies put down the lower priced windows by saying they were just "Contractor Grade" windows and were not good. I surely do not see any difference in looks or manufacturing. In addition to the windows, I needed some repair work done on the sills and other wood. Your installers fixed them nicely at a slight additional charge, but it needed to be done to have good windows. I noticed an immediate difference in room comfort and heat savings after they were installed. I wish I would have done this 5 years ago! My sister saw these windows and wanted your phone number. I have recommended your company to others who have come over to my house and asked about my windows. They were all in the same boat as I was on their budget and had experienced the same sales pressure for the "Cadillac" of windows whatever brand they were. Again, thank you for the windows.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the fine service I received from not only you but the four man crew that installed our 10 beautiful new windows. We already notice the warmer home and the diminished noise. You were honest from the start. You gave me time to check references. You did not push or give to me what some refer to as the "hard sell". The quality of windows you represent was everything you said they would be. They arrived on time and you were able to change your schedule to accommodate mine. The four gentlemen who installed the windows, Brooks, Ben, Tyler and Andrew were exceptional. They were tidy, courteous, particularly nice to our handicapped son, more than willing to work with us as we moved our many antiques, they were on time, removed their shoes each time they entered our home, managed to install new windows in an 1914 home with a minimum and I do mean minimum of repair. They caulked over many of the old "scars" of the home and when they were finished the windows and framing looked grand. You have been great from beginning to end.
