I want to thank you for the windows your company installed in my very drafty 1972 era home. I chose your company after you showed me what you had to offer. The other window companies that came out and gave me bids were completely out of my budget. Way out!! All the others wanted to do was to sell me their "Cadillac" line of windows. I'm an older Ford type of guy. You showed me what was available and let me decide. No high-pressure sales pitch. You understood what I was looking for and at what budget I could afford. The other window companies wanted $600-$700 per window! If my house was valued at $300,000 or more I might have gone for those. The other window companies put down the lower priced windows by saying they were just "Contractor Grade" windows and were not good. I surely do not see any difference in looks or manufacturing. In addition to the windows, I needed some repair work done on the sills and other wood. Your installers fixed them nicely at a slight additional charge, but it needed to be done to have good windows. I noticed an immediate difference in room comfort and heat savings after they were installed. I wish I would have done this 5 years ago! My sister saw these windows and wanted your phone number. I have recommended your company to others who have come over to my house and asked about my windows. They were all in the same boat as I was on their budget and had experienced the same sales pressure for the "Cadillac" of windows whatever brand they were. Again, thank you for the windows.

Mike arrived exactly on time and provided an estimate for the replacement of all of our windows. He was knowledgeable about windows and provided options for our replacements that suited our needs and ideas. We had had other estimates, but did not appreciate the lack of follow up and communication. Mike answered our questions, responded to our calls promptly, and never tried to push us through the decisions. His crew was very pleasant, tidy, and paid great attention to detail. They asked us at several points how we would like the finish in a particular area to look, and were able to achieve it. They completed it in less than a week, including replacing a window that was cracked from storage. Mike stopped by routinely to check on progress and satisfaction. The crew cleaned up after themselves, and even called the neighbors to let them know their dog, which they were looking for, had wandered onto our culdesac. We already notice the warmer home and the diminished noise. You were honest from the start. You gave me time to check references. You did not push or give to me what some refer to as the "hard sell". The quality of windows you represent was everything you said they would be. They arrived on time and you were able to change your schedule to accommodate mine. The four gentlemen who installed the windows, Brooks, Ben, Tyler and Andrew were exceptional. They were tidy, courteous, particularly nice to our handicapped son, more than willing to work with us as we moved our many antiques, they were on time, removed their shoes each time they entered our home, managed to install new windows in an 1914 home with a minimum and I do mean minimum of repair. They caulked over many of the old "scars" of the home and when they were finished the windows and framing looked grand. You have been great from beginning to end.

The meeting with Michael went well from the beginning. Although we met with several potential vendors, I had a great feeling with Michael and his honesty, quality, and integrity. His price quote was right in line with the other suppliers and the window options were about the same - so it came down (to me) on who I trusted the most to do the best job. I selected Michael and he didn't let me down. We paid ½ up front for the windows (since they had to be ordered) and he explained that it would take about 6 weeks for the windows to come in. Once the windows had arrived, Michael called and scheduled to install them within the week. His team arrived on time, were extremely professional and efficient, and had the windows installed within that same day. The result is amazing - they look gorgeous and are great quality windows. I'm so happy with their service.

I called for an estimate and a representative by the name of Gerald Hastings came out promptly. This was followed up by a visit by the owner, Michael Cain. He took very precise measurements, he was very accurate, and he took his time, and was very professional. He completed the transaction, making an exception with the down payment arrangements. Gerald took the time to explain what I needed, and I also had asked him about additional work that needed prominence. What really stood out was that he was exceptional in explaining what I could and could not have done. We set up a date to have the windows installed, and a very professional crew was sent out.

They were not the cheapest but I felt their windows were better quality than the ones I was shown by the other business I got estimates from. The work was performed on time and the installers stayed later than anticipated because they had to alter installation due to the unevenness of the window openings (very old house). We love the windows and it has made a significant difference in the comfort level of the room this summer.

I had two consultations with Michael Cain who came out for the original estimate & a follow-up last measuring. It took three weeks between the final measurements and the installation. The three guys that came to install the windows were clean & professional looking - while quiet, all three were very nice. The installation only took about 4 hours. The job was well done & looked neat. Small mess left, but I guess that is to be expected.
